I bought 2 Loco Coco pens that arrived empty, this was before the price drop mind you. They were kind enough to send two new ones but those were also empty. They will not replace these so I am completely out $80. They said they checked the flavor and they were good but I wouldn’t take the risk. Getting through to customer service took many days. I have warned my friends who shop here, one of them having also received and empty Loco Coco. It’s sad because I really loved this company and have ordered on a regular basis.
