What product?? I placed an order and submitted payment on March 30, 2022. After not receiving any type of confirmation other than from Zelle indicating the money was sent successfully I left a voicemail. I did not receive a return call. I sent an email. I received an email confirming receipt of my email. Finally, on April 6, 2022, I received an email apology and was told my order would be sent. The tracking information still indicates that a label was created on April 6, but the shipper still has not received the package as of April 13. I’m not sure I’m going to be shipped anything!!??
